Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Inventory is limited; we cannot guarantee availability after an order is placed.

We are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

In summary: No returns or refunds unless we shipped the wrong item or it is defective.

Approved warranty claims are covered for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for region compatibility (NTSC / PAL / NTSC-J), console requirements, and accessories.

Misuse, accidental damage, or modifications to items are not covered.
